Living in this apartment is incredibly comfortable. Sinisa, the building manager, does an excellent job maintaining the buildings. He regularly cleans both the inside and outside of the building and is always quick to offer assistance in urgent situations.

Town houses are spacious , upgraded and well cared for. Grounds are maintained well. The complex is beautiful and rents are reasonable considering today’s environment

Lived here a few years ago. Had a great time, I left because of a job somewhere else but would've stayed if I could. Great staff and great apartments. I've seen reviews of roaches but what do people expect if they don't keep their apartment clean. Never had a problem with any bugs.

Good clean buildings. Halls could use an update but everything is clean. Landlord pays the utilities and the prices are reasonable. You have to get on an waiting list for underground parking and that can take a few months. Has a fitness room which is great too.

It is a very nice place to live and the superintendents are very accommodating. The lobby is always very well decorated and the building and the grounds are very well taken care of. I recently moved to 1275 Sandy Lane in Sarnia it's my first experience living in an apartment and I was a little worried I might not like it. Rest assured I love it! The apartment building is clean and well maintained, the views are to die for. The day I moved in Sue our superintendent gave me a hug and said welcome home she couldn't be more friendly and helpful.
