I have been using Chapmans for all of my pharmacy needs since 1996 and I would recommend them to anyone. They have always been willing to go that "extra mile" to see that all my medication and pharmacy are met. My husband has some serious health issues, so it is a good feeling to know that I can count on the staff at Chapmans to ensure that his refill reminders are handled on time, and all medications are available when needed. I wasn't planning to write a review but the very negative one popped up and I felt compelled to respond. I have been dealing with Bev and the previous pharmacist at this pharmacy for over a decade on some tricky issues. They have ALWAYS been extraordinarily pleasant. I switched to this pharmacy 4 years, or so, ago because their billing was understandable. Their service has been fast and helpful. They ensured I had a clear understanding of the watch outs with any prescription they filled in light of my situation and the other medications I was taking. I have always been happy with their service.

Great service! My current pharmacy could not fill a prescription for 3 weeks for a drug I was currently using and could not interrupt. We called Philbrook Pharmacy and Ming confirmed they had the drug we required and after having the other pharmacy transfer the order, Philbrook filled the order within an hour and called us for pickup.

Highly recommend. I used to go to a big box pharmacy. I switched to after having some issues at the big box. This pharmacy has knowledgeable staff, friendly service and is a more intimate setting where I felt comfortable and not rushed to ask questions. A true gem in the downtown core. !!

They always have everything I need and their boutique has the latest in all beauty supplies. There are often contests and there are perks often throughout the year with their optimum card. I always get amazing service and the staff have always been friendly and answer every question. They have been helpful even when I might not be purchasing that day. I shop this one more frequent because of perfume and beauty selection but all stores are great.

Really nice pharmacy. I was in and out in 7 minutes. Good selection of vitamins, non-prescription medicines, and personal care products. Also has a 2-minute-print photography machine, 4x6 prints are 25 cents which is reasonable for 2-minute prints. The pharmacist (Salhe) is nice and helpful; he used to be the pharmacists at the Masonville Loblaws. There's also another helper at the pharmacy (which helps makes service quick).
