I have an issue where is my order was screwed up multiple times. The manager was really rude, yelled and talked over me. The cooks screwed up something really simple twice (nachos). How difficult is it to make nachos? Why do you have to take it hour we screwed up twice? The staff seem very unmotivated, have low morale and lots of attitude. I would not go back. Good customer service in Georgetown is not easy to find. They excel at bad customer service really well.
My friend and I sat at the bar this wednesday night and decided to stay there after our drinks and have dinner. I thought that the bartender was one of the best I've seen in a long time. Not only was she very attentive but also very polite and fun. Good food too.

One of the things that impressed me most was the service we received. Our server was warm, personable and very attentive. The service made a big difference in our dining experience and set this restaurant aside from many other chain restaurants we have dined at in the past. We will definitely be back.
I don't know about what the other people have said about this place but I find it to be the best restaurant/bar in Georgetown. It is so friendly and personal there. The girls really take the time to get to know you and actually value their customers (unlike some other places I have been). The food is great and the beer is always ice cold.

The fries were terrible, barely cooked. The wings barely had any sauce on them at all and the beer was actually room temperature! We had to ask for another pitcher. The place was filled with scary biker type guys too. I'll never be back!
